Meet Alison Ramirez, Ms, MFT

Alison Ramirez, M.S. is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has 7 years of counseling experience. She earned her B.S. in Human Development at Hope International University and her Master’s in Psychology from Brandman University. Alison is a trained EMDR therapist and her own clinical background ranges from treating individuals with depression, PTSD, grief and loss, anger, adolescent conduct issues and spiritual growth. She also has experience working with couples by providing assistance in premarital counseling, family/relational conflict and co-parenting. Teenagers and children have always been a population that she has had much success in helping and creating growth in their emotional development. Working with the company The Counseling Team International is a contract that has allowed Alison to aid first responders during critical incidents and with counseling needs that are specific to their high stress occupation. She has facilitated classes in Family Dynamics, Victims of Domestic Violence and Anger Management.
